PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND WARRANTY
Payment
Accepted Payment Method:
We only accept payments via bank transfer to our company’s account or agent account. Banking details will be provided upon order confirmation and are also included on the issued invoice.
Payment Terms Based on Order Value:
- For orders up to EUR 20,000: full advance payment is required.
- For orders exceeding EUR 20,000: a 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or receipt of the product, as agreed.
Negotiation:
We are open to transparent and fair negotiations, especially for larger or recurring orders.
Invoicing:
A tax invoice is issued for every order, with VAT shown clearly, according to applicable legal provisions.
Delivery
Delivery Area:
We deliver agricultural machinery to all European Union countries, using reliable transport partners or our own logistics service, depending on the type and size of the equipment.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the confirmation of payment or advance, depending on destination and product availability.
Personal Pickup
Scheduling and Product Reservation:
Personal pickup is available from our headquarters in Kisvásárhely
Ungarn, with prior scheduling at least 7 days in advance.
To reserve the product, a 50% advance payment is required within 1 business day from the moment of interest, based on mutual agreement.
Cancellation:
If the customer is unable to pick up the product due to justified reasons, the advance will be refunded in full. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.
Warranty and Returns
Commercial Warranty:
We offer a warranty period between 12 and 24 months, depending on the type and specifications of the purchased equipment. Exact details are stated in the invoice or contract.
Return Policy for Non-Conformity:
The customer has 15 calendar days to test the equipment and report any functional issues or discrepancies compared to the description or photos.
If the product does not match the agreed specifications, we will refund the full amount and arrange the pickup at our expense. The customer will not incur any financial loss.
